A retreat is a special time to find peace and space away from your daily routine and we offer a calm, safe and holistic experience to rebalance self and health. A time to review, query and resolve the questions in your mind.

Our idyllic venues provide the perfect haven for your wellbeing journey; enabling you to focus on who you are and how to live a healthy balanced life. Our retreats focus on how you can be happier and healthier whilst being fully supported within a small, exclusive group of no more than 10 like-minded women.
We offer a variety of ‘Women Only’ courses – from 2 night healthy weekend breaks to 5 night wellbeing retreats. All our programs combine a holistic approach of powerful life coaching techniques, yoga, meditation and the energy of wholesome, healthy food.
You will gain a new perspective on your way forward which you never thought possible in such a short amount of time. You will leave relaxed, inspired and energised; armed with the tools to continue your personal journey to happiness, success and fulfilment.
